📊 2. Data Analysis
You can analyze large amounts of data quickly and efficiently using:

DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for calculations

Aggregations, filtering, and slicing to find trends, outliers, and patterns

🔄 3. Data Integration
Power BI can connect to various data sources like:
  • Excel
  • SQL Server
  • SharePoint
  • Azure
  • Google Analytics
  • APIs and more

It allows you to bring all your data into one platform for unified analysis.

📈 4. Real-Time Insights

What is HTML and HTML is used for

HTML (HyperText Markup Language) is used to structure the content of web pages and define how content, like text, images, and other media, is displayed in a web browser. It provides the fundamental structure for creating website.

Detailed breakdown

Structuring web content: HTML uses tags to define elements like headings, paragraphs, lists, images, and links, creating a hierarchical structure for the content.

Interpreting content for browsers: Web browsers interpret the HTML code to render the content in a visually understandable format for users.

Foundation for websites: HTML is the core language for creating web pages, and along with CSS and JavaScript, forms the basis of modern web development.

Not a programming language: While it's a markup language, not a programming language, it's a great starting point for learning web development.

Internet and it's uses

The internet is a global network of interconnected computer networks that allows users to access and share information and resources. It's essentially a "network of networks," connecting billions of devices worldwide. This interconnected computer enables communication, data sharing, and access to a vast range of online services.

Here's some more details about internet.

Interconnected Network: The Internet is not a single, monolithic network, but rather a vast collection of individual networks, both public and private, that are linked together.

Communication and Data Exchange: It facilitates the exchange of information between devices through standardized communication protocols, like TCP/IP.

Access to Services: The Internet provides access to a wide range of services, including websites, email, social media, online applications, and cloud storage.

Global Reach: It connects devices and users across geographical boundaries, enabling communication and collaboration on a global scale.

Foundation for Modern Life: The Internet has become an essential tool for education, business, entertainment, and personal communication.

In essence, the Internet is the infrastructure that allows us to connect, communicate, and access information from anywhere in the world.

Introduction of Computer and Key Components

A computer is an electronic device that can perform a variety of tasks by processing data. It receives input, stores and processes data, and then provides output. Basic computer knowledge includes understanding hardware components like the CPU, memory, and storage, as well as software, including the operating system and applications.

Key Components and Concepts:

Hardware:

The physical parts of the computer, including the CPU, memory (RAM), storage devices (hard drive, SSD), input/output devices (keyboard, mouse, monitor), and other peripherals.

Software:

The set of instructions (programs) that tell the computer what to do. This includes the operating system (like Windows or macOS) and applications (like word processors, web browsers, games).

Input: Data or instructions entered into the computer, such as typing on a keyboard or clicking a mouse.

Processing: the computer's manipulation of data according to instruction, often involving the CPU and memory.

Output: The results of processing displayed on the monitor or sent to other devices.

Storage: Saving data and programs on a storage device for later use.

How we can contribute to society

Contributing to society is deeply rewarding—and in a place like Jharkhand, with its unique mix of tribal heritage, natural wealth and developmental challenges, there are countless ways you can make an impact. Here are several paths you might explore:

1. Education & Literacy

  • Volunteer as a Tutor: Partner with local NGOs, schools or Jharkhand Education Project Council to run evening classes in villages—focusing on reading, basic arithmetic or Hindi/English conversation.

  • Mobile Library / Book Drives: Collect gently used books (storybooks, reference guides) from urban donors and set up rotating “libraries” in panchayats or tribal hamlets.

  • Digital Literacy Camps: Organize weekend workshops teaching smartphone basics, internet safety and simple computer skills—especially for school leavers and women’s self-help groups.

2. Livelihood & Skill Development

  • Vocational Training: Collaborate with the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission to offer short courses in tailoring, carpentry, electrical repairs, or agri-processing. Facilitate placement drives with nearby factories or workshops.

  • Entrepreneurship Mentoring: Help youth draft simple business plans (e.g., setting up a small tea stall, poultry unit, or handicraft venture). Guide them on accessing micro-loans from schemes like PMEGP or MSME.

  • SHG Strengthening: Volunteer as a resource person for women’s Self-Help Groups—providing basic accounting skills, marketing strategies for forest produce (tendu leaves, mahua, honey), or cluster-level branding support.

3. Health & Nutrition

  • Medical/Health Camps: Team up with doctors and nurses to run free check-up camps in remote habitations—screening for anemia, malnutrition, hypertension and diabetes.

  • Nutrition Awareness: Conduct “mothers’ meetings” teaching simple, low-cost recipes enriched with local greens, millets and pulses to combat child malnutrition.

  • Sanitation Drives: Mobilize volunteers to build and maintain community toilets, promote hand-washing stations in schools and monitor use of PMAY-G toilets in villages.

4. Environmental Conservation

  • Afforestation & Watershed Work: Organize tree-planting drives (native species) on degraded hillsides. Help construct small check-dams or contour trenches to recharge groundwater.

  • Waste Management: Set up segregation-and-compost units in your locality; run awareness sessions on reducing single-use plastics.

  • Eco-Tourism Promotion: If you live near a scenic/tribal area, train local youth as guides—showing forest trails, bird-watching spots, tribal arts—so tourism income stays in the community.

5. Cultural & Community Empowerment

  • Preserve Tribal Crafts: Work with artisans to document and digitize designs (e.g., Santhal embroidery, Ho metalwork), create e-commerce channels, and arrange exhibitions in larger cities.

  • Language Revival: Run storytelling sessions in local tongues (Kharia, Mundari, Kurukh) in schools—keeping oral traditions alive and strengthening children’s mother-tongue skills.

  • Youth Clubs & Sports: Start a neighborhood sports or arts club, organizing tournaments or drama workshops that build teamwork, confidence and civic pride.

6. Advocacy & Good Governance

  • Right-to-Information (RTI) Support: Help villagers file RTIs to ensure MGNREGA wages are paid on time, or to track the use of funds under social schemes.

  • Legal-Awareness Camps: Partner with local legal aid cells to educate people on land rights, PESA Act (Protection of Tribal Land), women’s inheritance rights, and how to navigate local panchayat processes.

  • Anti-Corruption Watch: Mobilize citizen-led monitoring groups to observe public works (roads, school buildings) and report anomalies through Gram Sabhas.

👉 Getting Started

  1. Pick One Focus Area: Choose what excites you most—education, health, environment, etc.

  2. Build Partnerships: Reach out to established NGOs (e.g., Centre for Catalyzing Change, PRADAN), government bodies (JEPC, JDPM), or local panchayats.

  3. Start Small & Scale: Pilot a single village or hamlet, measure outcomes (attendance, skill uptake, tree survival), then expand or replicate.

  4. Engage Locally: Involve community leaders, tribal elders and women’s self-help groups at every step—sustainability comes from local ownership.

  5. Leverage Technology: Use WhatsApp groups for coordination, GPS-tagged photos for monitoring, or simple apps (like SeMT-powered MIS) to track progress.

Every small step adds up. Whether it’s teaching one child to read or mentoring a youth to start a micro-enterprise, your consistent effort can ripple out to transform lives and strengthen Jharkhand’s future. Choose your passion, mobilize willing hands, and get started today!
