- Calls
- Emails
- Timelines
- DMs to be responded to.
The more we convince ourselves that immediately addressing everything is essential, the more we lose touch with what truly requires our attention.
One way to cut the noise and gain focus is by using the Eisenhower Matrix:
- Do what's urgent AND important.
- Delegate what's important NOT urgent.
- Schedule what's urgent, but NOT important.
- Eliminate what's NEITHER urgent NOR important

Say goodbye to urgency culture.
You don't have to reply to that message now. Your email can wait. You don't have to live with anxiety because of the weird expectations of others. Let yourself be human instead of forcing machine.
Your heart, nervous system, and adrenal glands will thank you.
Less rush
More intention
Better results
👉 If you can master your time, you have mastered half the success you want to achieve.
The interesting part of this is, you Can decide what is important to you and what is not.
Based on that you can make decisions.
If some calls are not important, don't take them.
Add IMPORTANT people to a priority list. Your phone rings only when people in this list call you.
Add labels to your e-mails such as urgent, important, accounts and so on.
Have a different e-mail for your personal and commercial use (shopping etc).
Most DMs are promotional. Mention that for important work related matters, you should be sent an email. The serious ones will definitely send you an email. The not so serious ones don't make an effort.
This is called being smart with your time.
